Two Humped Camel

I have traded in my Abacus for a Ruler this evening.

The latest thoughts on TransIowa is currently how to handle Algona. As opposed to last year when we could actually have a support crew, this year you get a drop bag from our friends at Wingnut Gear. The bag is 10"x 20". I will be putting a ready to rock and roll Camelbak Hawg. Roll in, switch Camelbaks and roll out. At the start, I will be going light with an old school Rogue. Thin on the back. Makes your jersey pockets accessible. Light. Fast. Efficient.

MW and I may end up running nearly an identical gear and the same tires. JINX!!

I am completely bored with the look of the blog at the moment. Be patient if changes start occuring. We won't be under construction. We'll be under demolition.

Devo-lution! Yeah! Make it like the Endurosnob Epic poster. Hard to read, but oh so punk. Use pastel green, pink and blue with grays and black. Lots of pins, and other low tech body hardware. Gas masks and other scary stuff like your post with the Grim Reaper a few days ago. That'd do it!

So, sort of a Hellraiser at a disco motif?

Hmm...

devolution = evolution?

How many songs you figure you will be able to listen to on a three hundred mile bike ride?
ZDogg

I am going with one, ZDogg. My guess is that I will get Copa Cabana stuck in my head and that will be it for entire race.

I am still hoping Johnny can go cause you know he would never let that happen to a brother.

Leadville took 242 including the ones I clicked through.

36x17, you are a stud! I can only dream about a gear like that. I hope I can turn a 36x18, but 20 is looking better.

I like your idea of going light for the first half. I just might use that one!

I've never done an endurance race and finished with the thought "Geesh, I wish I would have run a harder gear..."
